These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.ayrasworld.com (the “Site”), any mobile applications, and all purchases made through the Site or associated platforms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Business Ayras World is a trading name of Outsourcewiz Global, a partnership firm registered in India with GSTIN 07AAHF09038K1ZS, having its principal place of business at Third Floor, Office No. 94, Dwarka-A Najafgarh Zone, Block-B, Pocket-10, Sector-13, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075, India. We curate and sell handcrafted cotton home linen, apparel, accessories and lifestyle products (including tote bags, makeup pouches, pyjama sets, robes, quilts and block-printed textiles) sourced from independent manufacturers and artisans primarily in Jaipur, Rajasthan and/or could be further sourced from any other part of India. Most products are made-to-order and we do not maintain physical inventory.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Site or place orders.

3. Orders and Sales

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or IP concerns.
Pricing is in USD (or INR as displayed). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is processed securely through third-party gateways. We do not store full credit card details.
Made-to-Order Nature: Most items are produced only after your order is placed. Processing time is typically 2–7 business days.
Shipping: We ship worldwide via reliable international couriers. Estimated delivery is 4–14 business days after dispatch (varies by destination). Tracking is provided.
International Orders: You are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and compliance with import laws of your country. We are not liable for delays, seizures or additional charges by customs.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon dispatch from our facility in India.

4. Product Information & Intellectual Property All fabrics, prints, patterns and designs used in our products are sourced from independent third-party manufacturers in India. These are standard open market block printed, screen printed, handloom, and other fabrics that have been commonly available in the textile trade for decades.

We do not manufacture the products ourselves and we do not claim any originality or exclusive rights in any print, pattern or design. We make no representation or warranty (express or implied) that any product is free from claims of third-party copyright, design rights, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

Product images and descriptions are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly in colour, texture or print due to the handmade nature of block printing.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have conducted your own due diligence regarding intellectual property and assume all risk associated with resale, export, import or commercial use of the products in your jurisdiction. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Outsourcewiz Global, Ayras World, its partners, officers, employees and suppliers from any and all third-party intellectual property claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your purchase, resale or use of the products.

5. Disclaimers & Warranties The Site and all products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability or title.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted or secure, or that products will be free from manufacturing variations inherent to handcrafted goods.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outsourcewiz Global and Ayras World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (before processing begins).
Damaged / Defective Items: Notify us within 7 business days of receipt with photos and order number. We will arrange replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability). Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective.
Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Colour: No returns or refunds for change of mind. All sales are final due to the made-to-order and custom nature of many items.
Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of returned item.

8. Intellectual Property Rights The Site design, logos, text, graphics and original content (excluding sourced product prints) are owned by or licensed to Outsourcewiz Global. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
Post or transmit harmful code, spam or infringing material;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any other breach.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or supplier delays).
Severability, Entire Agreement, Assignment.
